- Payment in full is required when the reservation is made. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
- Cancel with $35 service charge up to 14 days in advance. Less than 14 day cancellations will be charged full amount of reservations unless the room is rebooked. No cancellation privileges for Mountain Music Festival weekends, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.
- Check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM. If you are running late, don't worry--we can leave instructions in the mailbox on the side of the house--just give us a call, please!
- Check-out time is 11 AM.
- Smoking is restricted to outside designated area only.
- We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible.
- Inquire about children.
- Small pets welcome for guests staying in Scarlett's Hideaway.
