One night deposit including taxes is required when the reservation is made. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. This will assure that you will only pay the standard $35 cancellation fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial refund may be made.
If you are not able to keep your reservation, you will be permitted a one time rescheduling only if you call 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a charge of $35 to reschedule your stay.
We regret that early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedule.
Check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM. If you are running late, don't worry--we can leave instructions in the mailbox on the side of the house--just give us a call, please!
Check-out time is 11 AM.
Smoking is restricted to outside designated area only.
We regret that we are not handicap or wheelchair accessible.
